This. The dudes that I've met that always go extra hard for non-competition steroid use are usually lazy and/or have weak genetics. 99.9% of the time all you need is hard work, dedication, proper education, sleep and nutrition.

I don't really care who takes steroids. My only problem is when dudes lie on social media that they're natural and try to shyt on people for calling them out.

Those people are usually doing a disservice to the younger kids who don't know any better, usually to sell some bullshyt supplements and cookie cutter meal plans.

I have zero issue with cats who juice. I don’t have to juice, but I get why people do :manny: (especially cats who play sports/ compete)

I don't have any real issue with steroid heads either but I find it funny when they go extra hard trying to tell dudes that you have to do them to achieve the body that they seek. Most dudes doing roids ain't doing it for sports/competition, they just wanna look good. If you're doing the right thing you don't really need to experiment with roids, unless you trying to look like a freak like Kali Muscle or some shyt.

Every human being have genetics limitation, I don't care how much you lift, eat, diet and sleep, your genetics going to say that's it, you reach your limitations, everybody genetics is different.

Bodybuilding, Power Lifting is a science, physiology, biological ect, real lifters knows that.

There's people who reach their genetic potential and they want to go to the next level.

Just because they want to reach peak human performance and you don't, don't make you no better.

All this self righteous bullshyt is for the birds, your ego, self back patting look at me is posion.

Most men weightlifting are not trying to look like the dudes on the cover of IronMan weightlifting magazines, bro. They just wanna look good in a wife beater. Nice chest, arms, back, traps...etc. And you don't have to delve into steroids to obtain that look. Unless you're really up there in age or have some type of injury/disease that may stunt your muscular growth steroids are not necessary. Training hard and correctly, eating right and resting well can get most cats where they want to be.

Again, most people who juice get nowhere near their genetic limitations, so using that as an excuse is bullshyt.

This is what the average juicer looks like:

You mean to tell me these physiques cannot be achieved naturally? Look at how awful their form is, do you think they are maximizing their potential :francis:

Well, on the flip side, for every "fake natty" there are a good 100 or so dudes screaming "fake natty" with no proof.

How can anyone say for sure anyone is juicing? They look too good? :ld: If someone has been lifting for a decade plus how are they supposed to look?

Not to mention, genetics? :ld: My homie Ricky (RIP) had a 6 pack in the 5th grade. How would he look if he were alive and training properly today? A lot of the steroid allegations are just hate, pure and simple. Lot of internet steroid experts who have never seen steroids, let alone pinned, talking about "based on my internet analysis thousands of miles away I am certain so and so is juicing". shyt is comedy :mjlol:

Wouldn't do it at this point in my life. My goal rn is to see how far I can push my body naturally. But then again I'm not a pro athlete or need to be big/strong for any financial incentives. I do it for self, including the hormonal/mental benefits that come with beasting in the gym and then carrying that into everyday life.
Doesn't mean I wouldn't try it @ like 50 when testosterone etc takes a big hit tho. I heard that shyt is like night and day for the old mfs that do HRT or test boosters etc. Guess we'll see in like 25 years :yeshrug:
Plus at the rate of advancement, that shyt should be (relatively) super safe by then.
Just look at the difference b/t the steroids of the 80's and today.

Again go study the science on genetics and come back, The Average juicer don't know shyt about the own body, who gives a fukk about a average juicer.

I'm talking about those who knows about their body and science

You do know bodybuilding is science Right?

I'm talking about those who put in the studies years on the human body.

There's many scientist, many books on the human genetic potential.

I know many people don't even reach their genetic potential, many people don't even go hard in the gym and they think they know more about shyt but really dont

.
they sacrifice health for appearance

is it peak human performance if you are taxing all your systems at an accelerated rate¿

neither side should be acting self righteous

make a choice & live with the results

Yes, I do know there is a lot of science in bodybuilding. I use it. Go look at my physique photos in the "what physique would you like to achieve" thread, I know what I'm doing.

Yes, the average juicer doesn't know shyt about their own body. Neither does the average gym goer or person. So why are you encouraging everyone jump on the juice before figuring out their bodies and what they need to do outside of steroids to see results?

Its like racing. You put an F1 driver in any car, they are going to be faster than everyone else in the same car. But if you put the average person in a F1 car, they are either gonna be very slow or crash. If you want to go fast you have to learn how to drive. If you want to make gains you have to learn how to eat and lift. Most people would achieve more learning the "science" than just jumping on the juice.

What "bodybuilding science" books have you read?
