Hostile environment increases testosterone production for survival. Which is why some these dudes like massive without and with roids. Same with the hood. Could say Tyson was knocking out full grown nikkas at 10 cuz his test production (along with genes) was thru the roof due to him being surrounded by shyt his whole life.

Physicality produces testosterone. Jail brehs getting swole cause they're consistently working out, eating and getting better rest than the average 25 -35 year old not in jail. That's why they'e getting big. The hostile environment may play a part but not the salient reason. The ones who come home and continue working out hard stay in great shape. The ones who don't end up :flabbynsick:

Long-term Effects

What are the long-term health consequences of smoking or chewing tobacco?

  • Tobacco Kills
  • Heart Disease
  • Cancer
  • Lung Disease
  • Reproductive Damage
  • Birth Defects
  • Other Damage

Tobacco Kills

Most people think of cancer when they think of tobacco use. Tobacco does cause a wide variety of devastating cancers. However, tobacco kills even more people through heart disease and stroke than it does through cancer! About 181,000 people die each year in the United States from smoking-related heart disease and stroke, and about 158,000 die from smoking-related cancer. The remainder of the smoking-related deaths, 123,000, are from lung diseases other than cancer.

Following is a list of the deadly diseases and other long-term effects of smoking and chewing tobacco.

Heart Disease

  • Hypertension (high blood pressure.)
  • Congestive heart failure -- Ineffective pumping of the heart leads to an accumulation of fluid in the lungs.
  • Coronary heart disease – Narrowed arteries lead to heart attack and death.
  • Heart attacks and congestive heart failure.
  • Blocked blood vessels.
  • Strokes – Blocked bloodflow to the brain or bleeding in the brain. Stroke is a major killer.

Cancer

  • Lung. (Primarily smoking-related)
  • Upper respiratory tract. (Primarily smoking-related)
  • Larynx. (Smoking or spit tobacco)
  • Mouth. (Smoking or spit tobacco)
  • Throat. (Smoking or spit tobacco)
  • Stomach. (Primarily spit tobacco-related)
  • Pancreas. (Smoking or spit tobacco)
  • Kidney. (Smoking or spit tobacco)
  • Bladder. (Smoking or spit tobacco)
  • Cervix. (Primarily smoking-related, since few women chew tobacco)

Lung Disease

  • Emphysema -- The very small airways (bronchioles) that join the tiny air sacs (alveoli) in the lungs lose elasticity. Patient loses ability to exhale fully, and chemical balance in the blood is disturbed. There is no cure for emphysema.
  • Chronic Bronchitis -- The airways of the lungs change shape and size and the mucous glands are enlarged, causing coughing and production of sputum.
Reproductive Damage

  • Abnormal sperm cells.
  • Impotence.
  • Difficulty maintaining pregnancy.
  • Menstrual disorders and early menopause

Birth Defects

Smoking during pregnancy can lead to:

  • Miscarriage or stillbirth.
  • Low birth weight –
  • Babies born to mothers who smoke during pregnancy weigh on the average between 200 to 300 grams less than other babies.
  • Premature birth --
  • Both low birth weight and premature birth can lead to breathing and other health problems.
  • Learning and behavior problems later in childhood.
  • Sudden Infant Death Syndrome or "crib death" -- Seemingly healthy babies die without warning.
  • More upper respiratory problems, ear complications, or asthma when exposed to tobacco prior to birth.

Other Damage

  • Prematurely wrinkled skin.
  • Permanent gum and tooth loss.
  • Lost or weakened sense of taste.
  • Weakened immune system.
  • Stomach ulcers.
  • Unwanted weight loss.

Of the top we have addiction. Added to

But wait....there's more. Say you want to quit. You deal with

Yea they can. Tell that to a jail that spent any stretch in the pen that shyt and he laugh at you. You think only Black dudes getting big in jail? You think all them nikkas using roids?

No, they can't! You're making an erroneous comparison to the general "swole" inmates physique vs someone with a genetically gifted physique with muscle definition, striations & symmetry. And as I stated previously, anyone can make gains lifting weights, but it's genetics (whether natural or enhanced) which is the determining factor that separates a person with a decent build vs an individual with an impressive build.

You don't have to convince me. For one we are comparing apples and oranges. Sure both are detrimental in long term but roids is immediate. Addiction, Acne, Mood Swings and depending on individual hair loss. The smoker isn't under any illusion his habit is good for him. Neither does he try and convince others knowing his body or moderation is key. He understands all he does is exercise fleeting pleasure. Unless you career/occupation demands peak physical performance roids are garbage. Facts my guy.

And one is available over the counter...

What? :what:

nikka, I know a million dudes that did time. The ones who worked out when inside had varying swole body types. One of my main homies is Puerto Rican and when he last came home he had a body that alot of those perfectly striated and symmetrical nikkas you talking about would die for. What's this general jail swole look you talking about? :pachaha:

not facts at all look at how mundane the cons you named are...acne? mood swings? you are talking about test not tren or halotestin....A small 100mg-500mg weekly use of test will not cause you many issues and could improve your quality of life...Well being mood confidence and a plethora of other things...But hey you may get a pimple on your back.

Anyone who tells you they don’t get in shape to impress others is lying to you, whether people want to admit it or not vanity will always be a factor
Some people do some don’t. Do you get dressed up, bathe, buy new clothes, drive a nice car to impress people

Thats all you need bruh

Just something for injury and recovery, a solid and detailed workout plan, 20 minutes of some type of cardio, and a relatively clean diet.

3-6 months you will look the best you ever had.

All these people trying to do extra shyt for no reason... Females usually don't even like allthat shyt and you tend to be scary to some.

Unless you are trying to go pro (which is still cheating), doing something that requires you to look a certain way, or just old, then theres no reason to need steroids unless you actually have to from a doctor.

I stopped lifting heavy weights because I realized I'm not lifting for shyt

bytches be choosin bruh

You're just blowing smoke while proving my point without realizing it! :snoop::heh:

GENETICS ARE THE MAIN FACTOR WHICH DETERMINE THE "varying swole body types" you've mentioned.

One of my main homies is Puerto Rican and when he last came home he had a body that alot of those perfectly striated and symmetrical nikkas you talking about would die for.

Which once again is primarily based on his GENETICS! :mjlol:

What's this general jail swole look you talking about? :pachaha:

:duck:Since you claim to know a "million dudes that did time" it should be obvious what I'm mentioning in regards to the familiar "swole" physique.
