Definition and size are completely separate. Definition comes from losing fat. Size comes from building muscle and getting stronger. If a woman builds muscle and gets stronger without losing fat, her ass will get bigger with no definition.

Yes.... if you only work out one or two muscle groups in your body all the muscles in your body don't grow. So if a woman is just working out her ass and thighs she's not going to get nicer arms and calves. You have no idea what you are talking about :dead:

You're wrong. if you look at the before pictures she has meat on her ass, it just wasn't defined. With squats and other targeted excercising she completely changed her body. Go to any gym and watch the white girls killing themselves with squats and other targeted "booty" excercises.
