Yes: Booty is a HUGE muscle group, not JUST fat. Thats false as fukk. The biggest cluster of muscles are the glutes. Do the googles.

Yes: A lot of instagram is smoke and mirrors. Angles and clothing. I'm convinced most of the accusations of photoshopping and surgery are just good cases of angles.

Long story short, its possible, but folks don't want to believe it. Also, squats are not the booty exercise of choice. There are a half dozen others better for it, but most

People work out in imbalanced ways all the time. You go to the gym, all dudes do is bench and curl. So their backs/shoulders/triceps are wack. But they are dedicated. They go consistently and make gains.

Likewise a woman who wants a fat ass might only do exercises that only hit the ass and ignore everything else. Why would a woman who wants a fat ass work out her arms? And just because someone works out doesn't mean they want a full and balanced physique. Plus like I said fat hides definition... this chick may very well have built her arms up but the fat hides it. I know I look bigger when I have less fat, even if I have less muscle :yeshrug:

Breh I have been working out for over a decade. You can see my videos and pics in the gym forum. I have seen shyt like this over and over... its not automatically surgery. Why are you so angry about this

The only women I've seen that have big (not fat) muscular booties are lifelong athletes like track runners and professional bodybuilders and the rest of their bodies are shredded.

I looked at a video of the girl in OP, her ass is smaller on film, and she clearly works them angles.

When I cut this summer my waist got smaller but my muscles stayed the same because I kept lifting as I was losing weight. It's definitely doable if you know what you're doing.

if your doing exercises to work just your glutes naturally your gonna engage the hammys/quads/calves/gastronemus etc.

easiest way to tell if a girl built her ass naturally is to see how define/diesel the rest of her body is

And if all someone does are hip thrusts, yea they will engage the hammys/quads etc but nowhere near as much as hitting them directly. It's like those people who say you can build biceps with deadlifts

Once again, no one is disputing LIFELONG trainers and athletes can build up muscles to gigantic sizes but you aren't doing that in a year.

This is all true but her thighs/legs dont match thats the issue

And I never understood doing squats. Then again im built like an umbrella wit the top open (big upper body and small legs). I run alot so my legs are atleast toned tho:ld:
