Why do so many doubt that a fat ass can be developed naturally?

I knew a girl who took protein to get the results,didn't do much working out.

But with that said before she grew the fat ass I could see she had the foundation:banderas:

Almost a decade later,she is now fat. Now if women really let nature take its course,and really let it grow naturally without protein and excercise,she probably could have had a longer shelf life.

Now what these women really need to be doing is developing their minds through reading,prayer,teaching,debate and meditation. We put way too much focus on black women and their back sides and I'm sick of it OP.

You look at her IG, she is legit in the gym. Chicks who just get surgery are not. This is not rocket science brehs.

Even this chick who been working out for over a decade photoshops her pics and posts pics of when her butt has a pump.

Look in the video below.. her butt doesn't really poke out like that.. it's just toned and she has thighs. Compare the video to the other ones and you'll see her real size.

If woman want that bubble butt and thighs, just do what female track sprinters do. Most of the black ones have thick thighs and a phat bubble butt.

But it all comes down to genetics. Black women can build more muscle in their booties and thighs compared to women of other races.

This. I've never seen a girl go from average booty to big booty in a years time. You CAN build a booty by hitting the gym, but it takes a while.
The biggest reason a person doesn't make huge gains in the first year? They don't know what works for them yet.

If you see all the bullshyt exercises on instagram, most people are NOT going into the gym knowing enough to make the best gains.

Be real here: How many people start day one, diet right, counting cals and macros, getting good sleep, taking sups where their diet lacks, and NOT skipping gym time?

You can take a lot of people and put them in the gym and make amazing changes in a year, but I guarantee you it would take an entire lifestyle change and a personal trainer or

a couple people who bout that life to get them right. The "Year is too short" argument is bad. The "Most people don't really know what they are doing in year one" is more correct.

I started out doing all the accessory work in the gym and shockingly saw minimal gains. Surprise, I switch to compounds and started getting instant results. The amount of time I

screwed around before I found that out? 3 months. I made practically nothing in 3 months. You know how many other people spend double or more doing poor workouts, resting too much,

not putting in enough effort, not using progressive overload?

Answer is the great majority.

On the Coli this is usually the assumption with non-black women. But if the girl didn't use Instagram as a progress log it's hard to tell.
The most that can be really done is enjoy the view, and on the rare occasion you deal with a woman with an unbelievable ass, cross your fingers that it is/feels real :manny:

heck I have seen girls who have just started getting piped down have insane changes in their physique

:stopitslime: As Malc said, go to any gym, you will see a gang of phat asses. You think they all just naturally phat without excercise and diet? Stop. If you have something there, you can develop an ass.
Their asses are pumped, appearing 3x larger than it normally is.

See them the next morning and they'll butt will be considerably smaller.

I see it all the time at the gym at school.

Putting on muscle is a slow process. It's like 2lbs per month. If you are "bulking" you are gonna get big quick, but it's also fat.

i bust my azz in the gym, get a crazy pump, do supersets so I'm not taking breaks, lifting till failure, etc and building muscle is still slow.

Plus I have great genetics for muscle building.

Bruh, think about it. If you did not work out before that, as in you were not a gym rat, thats 24LBS of muscle in a year. It doesn't even have to be that much. Thats massive.
The first couple years of gains are relatively easy in comparison to those thereafter. The whole "No way she did that in a year" bit is premature because the change can be
so drastic if one has a bit of guidance. Most folks are doing too many things wrong to see noticable gains. Unless we comb through her insta, or ask her, we don't know
if she got into the game with someone who could tell her the do's and donts. I'm saying this because hitting the gym regularly, you see people with regular ass bodies
who are doing so much wrong, of course they don't grow. Not to mention the smokers, drinkers, etc who sabotage their gains.

Bottom line, majority of people are not doing it right when they start, so we rarely get to see someone transform unless its Hollywood actors. Even if its just 15lbs of muscle, combine that
with whatever fat increase you see and there will be drastic differences.

Even 2 pounds a month for a non-beginner is aggressive. Do able yes but a lot of people claiming X amount of muscle gain are doing it with no tangible data other than a scale.

Bottom heavy girls (small to avg titties with a bigger booty) seem to be more prevalent in the gym.

Natural big titty girls can get by with a little extra belly but small titty girls gotta keep that stomach flat or they end up looking dumpy.

That's why you see so many bottom heavy chicks grinding in the gym. Of course all they do is abs, butt and legs. They don't work chest and back which makes their lower half look even bigger.

Top heavy broads would benefit from gym time. If they'd hit the squat rack:shaq:.

Big titties, avg booty and thicc legs >>>>>> smaller titties, great booty and thicc legs
