I think almost every major city had its worst year in the early 90s.
As far as Dallas goes, the early 90s was a mixture of Jamaican nikkas from Brooklyn settin up shop in the city, and Cali nikkas bringing the gang bangin culture in the 80s, with it peaking in the early-mid 90s. IDK what was goin on in NY so i cant speak on it
