Aye nikka let me a hold a stack :steviej:

I knew somebody like this that would openly do this to me just asking and they were asking me to let them borrow hundreds of dollars I did not have even for myself. Yet they would randomly ask me in our conversations when I thought them and me were being friends. Eventually they stopped talking to me or as they say now, they "ghosted" me before they called it ghosting. :mjlol: they would be rude as hell too. At times they were cool too. Im not big on asking people for shyt either because of the bullshyt I seen from my own father growing up involving money. shyt isnt cool. I would rather learn my lesson from poor financial decision making where im becoming wiser with my money than to be doing dumb shyt leaning on someone elses dollars.

there are people with shame and people without it. adult men who ask for money do not have it. but i will also add, within context, not having shame is not necessarily a bad thing. people without it have the capacity to go far in life because they won't be held back like people who won't do certain things because of it.

personally, i don't mind lending money. however, my philosophy though is don't come to me asking to borrow no paltry $25 or $100. i'll give $5k or $10k. if you can't afford that amount, you can't afford to borrow from me, and that weeds out a lot of folks. anything else i give is a gift without any expectation that it will be paid back.
You shouldn’t lend people money. If you have it to give then give it. Lending people money is an easy way to ruin the relationship. If people owe you it changes how they look at you. Some will start avoiding you and the really shameless will never mention the loan again.

Also nobody in a position to actually pay you back is going to ask to borrow money. People in that position have credit cards and can get bank loans. Someone without access to either is too broke to pay you back.

Lastly many people will resenting you for having money. I’ve seen people feel like you having money means you should give them some. It heard gets magnified if you do something like win the lottery.

they know they not finna give it back

if the bank don't trust u why should i
Exactly I get junk mail every day with banks begging me to borrow money from them. If that person can’t get money from a bank who is in the business of lending money they aren’t good for it.

How the hell is someone who is broke or living paycheck to paycheck going to come up with money to pay you back? It’s more cruel for you to set that expectation than it is to just tell them no.
