his approach IS working, it personally made ME take a real serious look at some of my own behaviors, and there are a lot of Black women who have changed things in their lives because of his videos, some have even made testimonials showing how they stopped wearing weave etc..

Black women wearing weave doesn't bother me at all. Most of the black women I know are natural anyway. Are we talking about the single moms? Well I know it takes two to make a baby and I place most of the blame on the men. I don't like dudes who don't take care of their kids. I will never put down a single black mother who's busting her hump. Are we talking about the loud aggressive black women? I instantly ignore anyone who takes an aggressive tone for no reason at all. Orrrrrr are we talking about the color contact rockin dark skin women? Well I enjoy dark skin and I let dark skin women know it. They usually smile and take the compliment pretty well. What I do dislike? The black men who put mixed and lighter women on a pedestal. See how easy it is to not have to deal with the type of women he whines about?
Now let's work on getting fathers in the homes and help create jobs in our communities

Tommy makes videos showcasing the WORST behavior, putting it on blast so the Black community can have a cold hard look at it and have someone who isn't trying to sugar coat words, tell them that this isn't the kind of behavior we should be partaking in as Black people.
