Why do we drink cow milk instead of monkey milk?

how much milk do we really need though? I feel like the reward of milking a monkey would mean more than having "a lot" of milk.

I can see it now. Walking out the the stables, and pulling up a stool. Tilting my straw hat back and picking the monkey of the day. Sitting outside and tenderly milking as my brow glistens. Her teats get sore and I say "That's enough for today, ol' girl.". Toss her a banana and lock up the stable. I and start walking back towards the house but i do a quick as I sneak a slurp from the bucket. Yum! Now's that's good monkey milk.

i feel like i could only eat a monkey steak if the monkey was killed humanely. Like, i'd have to win in hand to hand combat and earn the meal.

now obviously, an angry animal will be pretty strong, so I would likely sedate the monkey with like, wine and easy listening music. some chill stuff. If the monkey dies stressed, it will ruin the steaks.

There is probably an app. we don't need to "domesticate" them either. It doesn't matter if they have citizenship lol. we just need to explain to them. surely, this would make more sense and save pennies on and off the dollar. as opposed to cows.

Humans are not designed to drink other species milk. If anything the most natural thing for us would be if we drank breast milk
