This isn’t true at all. This is nonsense that’s been spread by women to push the idea that dark skin men somehow don’t deal with colorism.

Light skin men have an advantage over dark skin men with pulling pretty much every type of woman, especially Black women, because colorism is real in our community. nikkas can pull purely off the strength of being lightskin.

I got a lightskin homie who ran through lightskin women before he settled down with a dark skin women. Ironically most of those women went on to settle down with dark skin men themselves.

and all i will say is this, I have hardly ever met a lightskin nikka who struggled with women even lightskin nikkas that are fat, "musty" so on i seen get bytches. and in this topic, get Black women

You can't be a regular dark skin breh and still be sexually desired if you don't have at least 1 of those traits

The problem with this is brehs here regularly subscribe to the same mentality when judging whether or not a breh is "lame" and particularly when discussing a "c00n" who they believe doesn't or couldn't have success with black women.

This is a hot and sensitive topic for a lot of people. This is the last post I'll make in this thread. Based on everything in this thread I've surmised the following;

1. Dark skin brehs are held to a much higher standard compared to light skin brehs. Meaning if you aren't over 6ft, relatively handsome, suscribe to the hyper masculine/super thug caricature etc you will have a harder time with black women than your lighter skin counterpart.

2. Black women who publicly shyt on light skin brehs are simply gas lighting dark skin men and are most likely angry that the light skin breh they wanted didn't want them.

3. Most dark skin brehs who have a preference for light skin women or white women do so because these women gravitate towards them.

4. Colorism is practiced a lot more heavily amongst black women than black men.

What's the solution??

If you consider yourself an average dark skin breh get what you can take. Don't ever let anybody make you feel guilty about dating mixed or white women. Accept yourself for who you are and recognize that there is nothing wrong with you as a person. Colorism at the end of the day is a mind virus embedded in our culture by the legacies of white supremacy. Do not ever fall for the trope that colorism is something exclusively practiced by black men. It is just as prevalent (if not more so) amongst black women. And lastly don't let anyone hush you into silence when bringing the topic up and sharing your experience. You have a right to express yourself. One thing that is strikingly clear is that people get very uncomfortable when dark skin brehs bring up their experiences with colorism.
