I guess I'm just gonna rant, because I already know the answer. It all comes down to upbringing and you would think I'd be use to it by now at age 30, but it's hard to shake that upbringing that has been embedded in you your entire life.

Anybody black here can relate. We come from that era where you mind your own business. If you don't like someone, you let it be known. We both know where we stand & just don't fukk with each other. Life is so much simpler. Catch someone in the workplace do something slightly shady. Who cares? We've seen worse.

Now you have white people. They are some of the fakest mufukkas ever. Smile & hang out with each other, but can't stand each other. Now I'm not saying nyggas don't do this either, but not like white people.

Oh & when you meet these dumb ass corporate mufukkas who speak in a certain way that are so far removed from what's going on.

White people are the scariest, non confrontational mufukkas ever that will tattle over the smallest shyt. You can't really trust a white person either. They try to hold on to all the top tier jobs within the company & shut the minorities out. They are scared & uncomfortable around black people, especially black men.

It's the side effect of society it makes people soft. they just the most conditioned from it. The corporate model promotes that behavior. People are allowed to participate in gossip circlejerks about you but checking them for it could cost you your job in the long or short run.

Something about PCness these days makes being a victim is the safest position to mount offense without criticism. And people have no shame in gutting themselves to covet this status just to try and push someone else out of the same shytty worker bee job they got. Ain't even about corporate either, I've seen this behavior from mfs who work at walmart

For the most part you're right an it's cause most white kids have bytch ass parents that tell them confrontation and any situation that could lead to violence is bad. This prevents the kids from ever handling their shyt like a man in any way. Partly a community thing too cause you'll learn one way or another that you can't be a bytch unless you're surrounded by bytches. The fugazi dudes you're talkin about all from 95% white community then highschool then college, so most the people they know are snakes. I went to a private highschool and was stuck with dudes like this all around, shyt is disgusting.

Yeah, but to a degree. I'm a director at me company with 4 other white people in senior management. One guy is a classic cockroach who fits every stereotype, but the other three don't at all.

I also live in New England, but I find it's a mix of upbringing still.
