Why do white people act like bytches in the work place?

I look at it like this. Since we are minorities, we have no choice but to deal with white people. However, there's plenty of white people that a very limited interaction with black people, therefore they don't know how to interact with us. Like we are really gonna smack them around in our place of work & risk our job.

Just an FYI from a white man in his late 30's......what you just described is completely separate from race, it's called politics and it happens in every environment regardless of skin color. The racial shyt is it's own separate issue all together.

I work with a lot of cacs. Nothing piss em off more than knowing your shyt, doing it proficiently, and minimizing interactions with them.

I shyt on majority white ppl in my work environment BC I do my shyt good and don't fukk with em unless work related. They hate me behind my back but

I've noticed this as a gender type of thing. Work with the dudes and sure we may screw around a bit but at the end of the day things get done. No drama, extra politics or bs like that. Just work do the job and get paid at the end of the week. There's some foolish dudes that may come late all the time or always want to screw around, but just cut those guys off.

When you work with the ladies though, all sorts of variables are added. Generally more work gets done, but with all the extra nonsense added. Gossiping, fake shyt. I mean come on I'm just here to work. Of course you do have the ladies that are cool as shyt, and just make the workplace much better atmosphere all around. But damn, some of the ladies I was working with made the day so much longer.

Also if you don't talk much, you are instantly hated for some reason. Like when I started working I was only there with the intention of working hard and getting paid at the end of the day, I don't care for the bs, and quite frankly I dont have time for it. People generally didn't like me though because I was too quiet and what not. I learned to be very careful in the workplace, cause it's filled with snakes.

You have people that have their entire lives centered around work and people which think of work just as another aspect of their lives.

Damn you just wrote my life in this corporate shyt. I work for AIG. And it's the same shyt.

Thankfully at my place of work I don't experience that now, but I have in the past. In my cases it has been women who do that HS shyt.

Got passed over on a position before also but honestly that was probably the best thing for my career.
