It's crazy how I feel the exact same way about the dialogue of women online. Offline too
Women cry to me about how "all men are trash" but im an exception. Toxic women at work tell me these things. Then flirt with me. It's a sick world we live in. Don't let it break you sis

Establish boundaries with women, and make sure YOU stick the boundaries yourself. Don't even let the women converse with you outside of work related stuff.
Cuz women at work get really bored, and they have no problem "shytting where they eat" or however you say that phrase. Women will flirt for attention out of boredom, even if they don't even like you. Seen a couple times over the years women clearly flirt with some dude out in the open, then run to HR claiming he harassed her.

And my concerns get brushed aside by management. Like it's my "perception" and not reality

Have you ever asked yourself why in a male dominated world are men afraid to talk about being victimized by women? Is it fear of retaliation? If so that's something most victims fear. Is it shame? Well, most victims feel that way too.
Why isn't it okay for men to have safe spaces? Well that's something you'll have to ask your male peers about because as far as I know most men who have been raped, molested, and sexually harassed aren't typically forthcoming about it and there's usually little sympathy in male dominated spaces for that.
As you can see there's nothing but jokes and slander in this thread yet no sympathy for you. Hardly anyone in here has told you to seek justice or linked you to a support group.
That's why it's good to have a balanced perspective always. Everything isn't black or white or up and down. And almost everyone online has some sort of bias or issue going on that gets tossed into the fray. As for the OP he's going through something quite serious and I just hope it's resolved and he keeps on pushing. A lot of victims of harassment don't find justice. It's just the way of the world.

Women get harassed wayyyyyyyy more than I ever have. I have had trauma throughout my life by the hands of women. I've healed from it. Some people aren't blessed to be in that position
The majority of women have to face their abusers every single day. That makes it almost impossible to heal. PTSD is real
Life is hard. Balance is key. Empathy is one of the most important qualities to have
Hopefully they cut the check for my emotional damages and I can empathize with the rich man's plight. Wishful thinking

Oh yes sir. But you know, you'd b surprised by the amount of men who were taken advantage of by other men and women. Even some women take advantage of other women. Remember that scene from The Players Club when Diamond (Lisaraye) was raped by Ronnie, a whole woman? Stuff like that is real.
Ultimately I just wish yall would speak out more about your experiences and not try to say "oh its okay". It's not okay. The stories I've heard were very heartbreaking.
