Often times they are rebelling against their parents, more specifically their fathers and they rebel by becoming sexually promiscuous.

Yes we know that women get horny and like sex just as much as men if not more. That's not the topic at hand though. And sure you have more woman at your disposal to have sex with without having to dedicate any real time or energy but it has also brought a lot of problems to western society.
