What's the difference between this thread and the thread about people saying the same thing about Bomani Jones?
All they know is what they see on his show or what he says on twitter and they hate him. People don't like things that rub them the wrong way.
People haven't hated Bomani Jones irrationally for the past 17 years, big difference. That's what I'm tryna understand tho breh, why does things rubbing you the wrong way make that much of a difference in regards to a sport? I've thought Kobe was corny square ass nikka for years but I could give a fukk less. I hated on LeBron for a milisecond compared to the way some nikkaz wage war on a nikka they never met. Why do yall care about personality so much?
If this many people hate his stans then Kobe stans are the GOAT trolls in internet forum history, by far.

Hating someone you don't know is irrational no matter how long. Why does it bother you that people hate someone you root for. You don't know Kobe either so why does it bother you that people hate him?
It doesn't bother me, I just find it odd. I'm not even sayin you gotta fukk with him but some of the hate is real. Last time I really hated an athlete was in 10th grade when duncan and the spurs ended the title streak of Kobe/Shaq. Besides, you can't exactly equate what Bomani Jones has done in his profession to what Kobe has done in his.
Honestly, I think deep down most of yall fukk with Kobe as a basketball player but don't fukk with him for a myriad of reasons both personal and stan-wise.
I don't hate Kobe but I was thinking about something today. Would Kobe have taken that 2007 Cavaliers team to the NBA finals with the second best option on the team being Larry Hughes?
Kobe brought a team with Smush as his starting pg and Kwame as his starting center, to game 7 against a team that ended up in the WCF.
All things being considered, I could see Kobe bringing that same exact team to to at least the Eastern Conference Finals, had the Lakers been in the East.

Besides the fact that his game is 99 % a copy of Jordans, I dont like Kobe mainly because he's a horrible teammate and he's selfish player overall. Just because your the best player on a team doesn't mean you can treat everyone else any way you want.
