Because Jay is the favorite rapper to a lot of their favorite rappers. It makes sense. He’s essentially the Jordan of rap at this point, from a branding perspective.

Plus the majority of his music is shallow shyt about making obscene amounts of money… but he’s actually talking about his real life. Makes sense. Jay’s whole existence was bragging about shyt that teens and young people aspire to.
