Why does eating right and working out make me so irritable?

basically you're constantly tricking your body or doing shyt its not naturally supposed to do, e.g. build muscle while losing fat is not a normal natural thing.

also high sugar foods are addictive, taking them out of your diet can affect people.

shyt happens to me too, but I think it's just the body adjusting. Because if I give in I'll feel like I'm going through post nut clairity. At this point I've taught myself to think things through so I try to work though it for the most part.

I go thru b every time I'm in a cycle of focus...like why the fukk couldn't you get focused 6 months ago :angry: :ufdup:
