If you're one of these delusional anti-Hov dikkriders still pretending that Magnificent Classic Holy Grail is anything but the 2013 AOTY, the #1 solo album of this decade, & an amazing work of art from the GOAT Hov then you need to do the universe a favor & set your dikk on fire like the GOAT Hov set them tracks on fire before you're allowed to dilute the gene pool by procreating
But....but....but the GOAT Hov wasn't spitting? Too bad he bodied HG, Picasso Baby (3rd verse) FWMYKIGI, Oceans, FUTW, Heaven, JZB, SIA, Nickles & Dimes, & BBC plus dropped heat on Crown, OTR & even let loose some dope lines on the interludes (BIB, Versus) & was only lyrically slacking on Tom Ford & La Familia
But...but...but his flow is off....too bad he bodied every single beat even worst than the OP's crackthot mother should've bodied him in the womb with a rusty hanger so he couldn't grow up to be a retarded fakkit who makes terrible threads
But...but...but....but he's a trend hopper...too bad the album sounds like nothing that came out b4 or since, featured introspective luxury street content that no other rapper be spitting about at such an insanely high level if at all, and had minimal features including only two other rappers besides the GOAT Hov (Ross/Nas Lost) both of whom are OG's that he has long standing relationships with
It's not a classic, but it is a great project (4/5 at worst) that showcased a mature, evolved, confident yet humble Hov who had perfected the art of rapping and translating that perfection into damn near perfect music
From the lush production to the personal content to way he brilliantly executed the albums theme to the deliberately scaled back lyricism (compared to the complexity of WTT that is) it is very much his modern day Blueprint, & it crushed the buildings that summer and put the industry in a chokehold that will last until the GOAT Hov drops again
