I get what you're saying and AGAIN...the core issue is COMMUNICATION, within communication people have found systems that work for them where others may not be as successful. However AGAIN there's "alphas" and "betas", the Alpha Male's leadership cannot be replicated, ONLY PROVEN, in nature, the male is constantly challenged if his leadership doesn't benefit the pack, which includes betas.
