Black artists. You see how bad it is for us out here. They not letting us get shine unless it's Beyonce or Rihanna when it come to to Pop/R&B. (Rihanna ain't R&B but Pop)
White people have always capitalized off our shyt and ate better off of it. That's always been. Think back to Elvis and the fukking Beatles.
Back to the music of today. A lot of people go for that bullshyt these days. Music for a while been on some bullshyt for a loooooooooooong time, it's just it's gotten worse with time. R&B got a foot stuck up it's ass and got shown the door years ago when rappers started diluting that bytch and trying to sing. R&B started losing it's way once the mid 2000s hit. It went through a weird twilight zone and then you had a bunch of no singing ass nikkas "singing" and it just became about a lot of posing and images. Then rappers came along and starting trying to be R&B singers and fukked it up even more.
As for that Dreezy joint .I fukked with that Dreezy joint so damn hard. I LOVE that song!
It's a lot of dope R&B artists out here, artists like Teedra Moses, Bilal, Goapele, and so on but because mainstream is on some bullshyt and monkey see monkey do ass hoe shyt, we get what we get.
