Only thing that sucks about reddit is that the comment sections in a lot of subs is everybody trying to say things to get the most upvotes or post internet or reddit-specific joke callbacks that go on for 52 comments. However it depends on the post because you can have some enlightening/interesting conversations in those same comment sections

The dikk sucking on the comments is awful. Sometimes I just want a simple explanation of what happened in a or pic video but the comments are full of wannabe comedians.

Saying reddit is majority white is like saying the internet is majority white. Is r/black hair, a community with 50k people, majority white? Stop it.

you referring to a 50 K subreddit which is quite small given that reddit has millions of people does not disprove that statement. we(your statement) is talking about the whole site as a whole.



^^^ this subreddit with 800K people which has no racial base to it, posted their surveys and of the 1600 people who took it, over 1500 of the people were white. And almost all the subreddits specifically the ones which are racial/ethnical neutral are like this to show you the true demographic. reddit

why are we always getting this recylced thread btw, it feels like every month theres a thread of you nikkas saying "guys reddit isnt bad its the best site on the web" well if its that good, why are you nikkas here on the Coli most of the time?

Cause Reddit is overwhelmingly white and racist.

Sure...you can find good information there...but anytime a conversation discusses race/politics/socioeconomics the of the place comes out and who the fukk feels like defending themselves and black people indirectly against hundreds and thousands of white and non-black people who feel the same way? Thats exhausting.
