I'm weak because I rather make moves than cry about landlords How am I sucking rich dikk when I already posted that a lot of landlords aren't rich and only own 1 or 2 rental properties and live off the profits from those properties. Most people confuse private landlords from corporate landlords... And that's the problem

Most people who's parents own a home, will find themselves in the same situation most landlords did. They have a home of their own, they're left a home, do you sell one or rent one out? Or they pay off their home or close to it, and they are still left with the same question when they move.

It's really stupid, in either of those situations, to expect someone to always sell their other house.

I had a landlord that bullshyt fixed structure problems (leak in the roof) and i did not appreciate that. Family friend or not. You not even tryna maintain a property you own! Time came for this ridiculously moist ass hurricane to pass through and that hoe put a hole in the ceiling in every room besides my bedroom. Because of the landlord we ended up having to move out and stay in apts. If he would've did what he was sposed to, we would've never had to relocate.

Can't judge everyone off one person, but i stay in apts now and these hoes just got the roofs redone but the parking lot will still make your cup holder drink drench the whole cabin front in your choice of refreshment. But they want to go up on the rent and makes us pay for a gate key fob even though the gate is already open 50% of the time.
