Why does the right hero worship troops and cops?

To where you can't even suggest anyone in either group is even slightly in the wrong or fallable EVER? And if you do you're unpatriotic or a libtard etc

Though ironically that hero worship goes away pretty quickly when anyone in these groups doesn't go along with their exact ideology

Listening to sports radio this week you heard how kneeling was soooo disrespectful to current troops or veterans then if a veteran called to say they have no problem with kneeling they pretty much told them to F off

People who are grateful to live America understand that it could not be possible without the sacrifice made by others.

Of course there are bad and corrupt cops just like there are bad and corrupt members of any organization, but generally speaking I don’t see how you can argue that being a police officer isn’t admirable. Don’t really care to know what a world without them would look like.

Police officers that act unlawfully should be demonized, that’s a given. But that shouldn’t justify a negative attitude towards all of them.

As for the military... again I don’t understand how you can not be grateful for people who put their lives on the line so that you can continue to enjoy the freedoms here in America.

What do those have to do with being grateful for living in America? Very few people living in America today have ancestors who were responsible for either of those things.

What countries don't have blood on their hands and/or slavery in it's history? Assuming there are any, do you believe you would be happier living in any of those countries? Or would you agree that America is still the most desirable?
