People are born with god given Atltheticism everywhere in the world. The countries and cultures they are born around have to nurture/cultivate it in order for it to reach it's potential
Black Americans will always shine simply because they have better infrastructures in their country to better develop their God given athleticism. But there is athleticism all over the world. People keep saying what if what if well if some of the world's athletes had access to what we have here in terms of developmental programs and infrastructure we'd see a more level playing field.

If you dont nurture the talent it wont develop. It's hard to ask a young man to work on his skills when he has to worry about getting a job to feed his family or himself, even
