They just need to try doing standup,

i've seen these ig comedians do sketchs for a decade and then get on stage and struggle to do a 15 minute set.

Comedians usually get sitcoms made from a popular standup routine. they just base a show around the story they present on stage,

just gotta understand that being funny in sketches doesn't translate to being funny on stage for an hour long special. gotta work on that craft too, do as many standup performances as you do online sketches.

The only one that deserves one is Big Jah and I think Big Jah is getting more of a bag having full creative control of his own content than ceding anything to the networks.

I honestly don’t get the comedic value on his show other than showcasing IG chicks dressed for views.

From what other comedians say they don't translate well off the internet. They can't do stand up. They can't act and and if they are doing short form video they don't know how to stretch out content to fit a longer timeframe.

The amount of IG comedians that have came and went over the last 5-10yrs quite a bit. A whole gang of them was branched outta that Sketch House outfit in LA. Only seen a few make it to movies in theaters. One of the female comedians got caught up tryna extort a NFL player for millions over a sextape.

Vast majority of these IG comedians and creators aren’t funny and just pump out volume. And if regular stand ups who post on IG aren’t getting deals then these cats definitely aren’t.

A 45 second video ain’t enough of a sample size and how do I know that these folks can even write comedy rather than doing so much physical humor.

Sitcoms are whatever these days and the real bread and butter is a bootleg Yellowstone style show you can drag out for 5 seasons on streaming.
