Tell that to everyone who was on base in Afghanistan maintaining vehicles or cooking omelets that we’re constantly ducking rockets launched on the base. Most jobs in the military are not even combat related. Quartermasters, mechanics, parachute riggers and cooks are not getting shot at.

He's right though.. As former military, I really hate when people try and portray it as some hard career FOR 90% OF THE TROOPS. Literally, only 10% of all service members ever see combat. You always stay talking greasy in these threads so I ain't eem finna bother.
Also, fukk Krisrunner.![]()

It's not some sort of diss. I make sure to keep that in mind, because so many people turn away from GREAT careers that the military has, because the first thing they think of is going to war.
Most likely you're not going.. And even if you do go, most likely you're still going to do your non combat job over here. It's a slim few going out in the field. The rest of them on a nice comfortable base, far from the bullshyt

POG babble.
Depending on what service you're in, where you are, and/or what your job is, it doesn't matter.
Think shyt is sweet cause you're just a cook when you got mortars falling inside wire, brehs.![]()
I need this fully
