Why don't the Asians and Arabs that own food places in the hood hire Black males?

You in here being contentious and calling people white for not agreeing with you while completely missing the fact the the thing you're proposing is a watered down version of the reason we're in this mess in the first place

We need to own our businesses and hire and give each other work. America is built around nepotism. We have to learn to play the game how it is meant to be played and not expect other people to do it for us. It's never going to happen
First time hearing of dude and just finding out he passed away, that's sad.
He's spot on though. Black folk plight isn't just simply oppression and W/S but also just not being on code and feeling so empowered to look down on one another. While also looking at other race's products and buisness models as more viable options. Aka the white/Asian/Arab's $2 ice is better than the black man's $2 ice adage.
Call it deep programming, Stockholm syndrome, a curse/spell whatever. However, unfortunately a sizable portion of the community globally are under this hex that need to be broken free of before we can ever make any substantial change financially as a collective.

Maybe the better question might be why we haven't carved our own space in our own neighborhoods.
Most of our liquor spots are owned by Arabs. I go in one spot that has never hired a Black person. They hired a white tranny, though. And even though I always leave satisfied with great customer service, I wonder why there are never any Black workers.
