Breh if they are 4 professional teams in the city and only UGA gets attention IT IS NOT A SPORTS TOWN!
Again, as an outsider who doesn't live here and understand what college football means to this city you are out of your depth.

We do, we got Joe Johnson, multiple All star, Mutombo and Millsap. We got a great FA track record. It's drafting that's our issue
Boston, NYC, Philly, Dallas, Bay Area off the top as far as passion across the board. Atlanta in my opinion needs to up their attendance in the NBA to be truly considered.Name cities where they support both in combination that reasonably out ranks Atlanta.

Literally, just DallasWhat college teams in those cities have large followings across the board?

Exactly, I will gladly say UT dominates in a similar manner but I need examples on those other cites.Literally, just Dallas
No you are out of your depth to declare a city with 4 major sports team a sports town when only college gets love. You get making up these bullshyt reasons "bbbbbut wwwe love College football." SO fukking what?
Ain't a single rivalry in the damn city. Who the Hawks rivals, Falcons, Braves rivals? They don' t have any. You keep running to UGA as some sort of crutch. ATLANTA is NOT A SPORTS TOWN cuz you like UGA.
College sports in the northern part of the country is nowhere as big as it is down south but people still ride for Syracuse, St. Johns, and others in NY. Boston College football has a large base. Temple, Villanova in Philly. This is in addition to hordes of supporters for the big 3 Pro teams in each of these cities. It's not even close. What college teams in those cities have large followings across the board?

Here's food for thought. You can't even say Atlanta is a college sports town really b/c no one gives a fukk about anything other than SEC football.
I live here tooAt best it's skewed towards pro sports in the inverse of Atlanta to college football.
At the end of the day believe what you want to believe, makes no difference. I always find it funny that people can tell someone that lives what a situation is.
I live here too![]()
Fully aware but do you live it my friend or just casually observe![]()
