Haiti is the country that was the first to be a slave rebellion and free Black Country in the Americas. It has since been in perpetual poverty for a long time now. Why haven’t we( as ADOS) helped rebuild haiti to become first world? Don’t it seem like it’s a bad look that country majority made of free blacks is literally the worst country in Western Hemisphere? I never understood why so many nikkas spend money in Dominican Republic, a country with confused mulattos that are racists, instead of haiti. Thoughts?

You do realize our own nation just assasinated their head of state, right? Any major movement on Haiti by American black people would be met with swift retribution by our own government here in the US.
Haiti is in the position that it's currently in, on purpose. Personally, I think you'd have to make a political case to the US govt that helping Haiti is in America's BEST INTEREST before serious action could be made to raise it up. It's a matter of politics not just building schools and opening businesses out there. Good intentions are irrelevant when these 3-letter agencies start ripping your goodwill effort apart like they did Garvey.
We gotta be pragmatic, cause black people aren't the only peice on the chessboard. It's naiveté to think we could act in a vacuum.

Exactly. It's not impossible, but it would take serious negotiation or a major value proposition to fix it. The US can definitely be convinced to change Haiti if the conditions are right.
For example, it's a fact that the US also despises Venezuela, but they ceased to care about Venezuela's dictators, lack of democracy, or communist tendencies once Russian oil was taken off the market and US needed to lower gas prices.
