1. Create a foundation with the explicit purpose of uplifting Haiti. Create some economic policies that will help encourage investments into Haiti and present them to the Haitian government.

2. If the Haitian government implements your policies, then work to get the middle to upper class Haitians in the US first to invest. It is their homeland, so it is only right they get first chance at investing, then the rest of the us later to invest into the building of the country after them.

3. If you are serious about this, then get the ball rolling and I am sure others will contribute if your plan is a solid one and you have done the initial heavy lifting.
