That's irresponsible as fukk. Don't be that guy playing stand off with police over nothing.

That's not what gun ownership is about. If US cops are your primary concern then you need a plane ticket, not a gun. Everyone should take their self defense seriously and in that the options available among a host of scenarios.

There aren't too many of those where not telling cops about a gun that you legally own and carry is going to play out well.
