I 30 minute jog 3 or 4 times a week, usually followed by another 30 minutes or an hour of walking. Lean meals Sunday to Thurs. Friday and Saturday I may cheat, and even then I try to stick to a decent meal. Pizza and fried fish are my only dieing vices when it comes to junk. Fast food does NOT hit like it use to nowadays and I can say with pride I absolutely hate sweets. I'd rather stick my head in the toilet than stomach a damn cupcake.
So I stay fit. Can't imagine life without a workout regime and some dedicated time for outdoor activity. I look back at the days when every day from work was just sitting on the edge of my bed eating Uber Eats and watching TV and I can't even believe how depressed I was and didn't know it.
