I'm a big Jay fan but Drake a real nikka for that. Jay Z was probably trying to be opportunistic and hop on the Views buzz despite having beef with Drake.
It was disrespectful as hell to give dude half a bar. Sometimes Jay goes overboard with the whole exclusivity thing.

Drake is just a passive aggressive girl and a spoiled brat who hates being challenged in any regard.
Jay got under his skin a long time ago and it's been showing for years. He admires both Jay and ye and is like the little kid who wants to put on his older brother clothes because he feels inadequate and wants to be like them.
