Honestly, without hyperbole, conspiracy, and bullshyt??? Who knows?

And they won't for the first four years of the deal. Five years for TISA. Corporations can see it right now though and have a part in writing it.Op, would have been better off asking each poster for one of each.
I don't think anyone has seen TTP?

I'd point out that you are a mentally unstable, psychotic 40(?) year old with a strange, seemingly personal fear of and obsession with trannies, and probably have a chalkboard in your parents basement full of insane ramblings about a nefarious global conspiracy, but I digress. I'm not going to derail the thread for the OP.STFU You tranny!!!!
With them writing in that ISPs have to monitor every user and everything visited and cross reference everything for copyright infringement and report violations themselves.
How will ISPs pay for this type of infrastructure? This will cost so much money ISPs can't even afford to store you're IP information for more than a year most of the time, now they need to hire people to comb through it for all potential infringements?
They will also be able to fine you and potentially permanently cut off internet access after a 3 strike policy which is very vague. A strike could be as simple as watching a youtube video with a copyrighted song in the background.
Another concern I have is how many internet users will be affected. Is everyone that goes on youtube and plays a music video or a song that was uploaded going to be fined?
Are they really going to just fine millions of people all at once? Do they realize how much file sharing and potential copyright situations there are? It would be an astronomical undertaking and completely puts the burden on the ISPs to police.
Not to mention how will the ISPs pay for all this extra stuff? They already reinvest at a low rate and store low amounts of information to save money? Will our ISP prices be doubled to pay for this? shyt is ridiculous all around.
