Goldberg came out the powerplant with 100% intention to be a wrecking ball that prints money. The problem was you cant do that forever, so they had to slow burn him, pad his stats, and cash out. By the time of the "New Blood Rising" era and Booker T becoming who we all knew he was:letyasoulglow:Booking was up and down and WCW probably didnt know what to do until the last minute.
Swear Hogan would have gotten the title a few more times, and traded with Jeff Jarrett

Honestly Goldberg made a historic impact. Really popularizing undefeated streaks in wrestling.
Dude had a great aura that you couldn't teach.He didn't need to be a good or great wrestler to achieve what he achieved.
One of the popular wrestlers ever and will forever go down in history as one of the biggest players in the biggest boom period in wrestling.
With all of that done within a short amount of time, he can live his life with his health and bank account intact. That's something a lot of wrestlers wish they could do or could've done.
