Its not just Dwight, he's contributed to very little development in regards of all the centers he's worked with. He's had numerous opportunities to actually head coach games here in Charlotte too - and its not just about wins or losses, but the guy actually sounds like he has a speech impediment and his units look consistently off regularly.

I'm sure he's a great guy, but I can't see him ever landing a head coaching gig.

Dude, I'm not saying that he should've turned guys into all-stars - I'm saying that he can't even teach functional basics to role players and young guys.

And that's just one aspect of the job, player development. His Xs and Os game is mad weak. Like... He's a really cool guy but he's lucky to be on our bench. If our head coach got fired tomorrow, it'd be Paul Silas' son getting the team - not him.

I don't get it that if somebody slanders a player or in this case, coach. Its ok for everyone to go "Oh, they didn't hire him because he interviewed badly"



I'm sure before the rooney rule was introduced that was a common excuse. Why are you guys falling for it tho?

Pat made Dwight shine in Orlando. Then he worked with Yao and helped shape his game. He is proven as a player and coach
