Every forum I go there is a jimmer thread talmbout "how come this guy barely plays in nba", I think the hype should be dead at this point, his biggest strength was three pointers, and he can't even hit those shots well when given nba minutes. He's a breakfast for athletic guards. He should go to one of those russian mafia teams and ball out there in euroleague or shyt like that with pretty decent contract.

Seth was in a bad situation. Coach Karl had several comments about Seth like "he needs to improve his defense" (later Karl praised Seth's defense saying it stacked well compared to the rest of the team), that Seth won't stick around the league long (which Boogie Cousins refuted saying Seth will stick in the NBA), and that Seth needs to improve his passing game (lately Seth has rattled off a few games with good assist totals for a guy people tried saying couldn't pass at all). It is extremely hard to get a shot in the NBA. When you see Seth's recent production, it makes the case he should have gotten consistent playing time earlier in the season and been used more. With Jimmer, he is going to have to get an opening on a bad team that has an injury or something, then have a couple of double-digit scoring games off the bench. Many coaches in the league are very hesitant to change their rotations. I think whether it is playing pro-ball in Europe or coming off the bench as a shooting specialist in the league, Jimmer will eventually be a pro somewhere full-time and graduate from the D-League for life.
it's crazy that good NBA caliber players sometimes get no shot while Ricky Rubio is allowed to suck for 5 years straight

DAMN...NEVER REALIZED THIS GUY WAS PICKED IN FRONT OF KLAY THOMPSON, THE MORRIS TWINS, KAWHI LEANORD, NIKOLA VUCEVIC, TOBIAS HARRIS, KENNETH FARRIED, REGGIE JACKSON, JIMMY BUTLER, CHANDLER PARSONS, AND THE LIST GOES ON
yeah, but it's actually not suprising since it's the kings that been drafting trash for years and years. Its amazing, their three top 10 picks have been traded away for nothing after like a season of playing. They are so bad at drafting they used a fukking crowdsourcing to draft another draft bust in stauskas :dead:

this one vid disproves everything you said

though that Popovich note is disturbing I feel a team like the Warriors could give him what he needs replacing Barbosa (whose contract is done this year)

Could you imagine him in a lineup off the bench with Livingston, Igoudala, Speights and Ezeli :dead:
Curry would only have to play 28 mins a game. I'm convinced its such Sactown fukkin up as always.

Y'all keep taking these random one-game or one-month samples of guys playing for teams that aren't playing for anything against teams that aren't playing for anything and making it seem like those players should be in the rotation for championship level teams or some shyt like that. It just doesn't work like that.

You think having Jimmer Fredette as the backup is going to allow for Stephen Curry to play 28 minutes a game? :dead: LOL, it'd force him to play 45 minutes per game if anything.

Well it just comes later for some guys. Besides Seth Curry, Sean Kilpatrick was looking good in the D-League every time he was there and finally got a deal with the Nets to stick in the NBA. Another player, Russ Smith who scored a record 65 points, will probably go to Europe full-time or get another crack at the NBA. Rubio is a point and has height, so he'll get more chances than some tweeners from the D-League. But the funny thing is, the game going small has made some "tweeners" finally stick. I used to remember people saying "Michael Beasley is not a true power forward" in the past due to height (not being a true 6'10 barefoot or whatever). Flash forward today and he's the perfect size due to people going small. I bet some of these shorter shooting guards in point guards' bodies will eventually stick in the league as the game keeps changing.
