What’s your opinion on men who women claim, “waste their prime years,” in a relationship that doesn’t lead to a deeper commitment?

Relationships, healthy or toxic, are not one sided.
A toxic relationship lasts longer then it should because one or both parties thinks that they can salvage it.
Like I've said on here before, a lot of women like bums. The same way a lot of guys like thots.
I've also said that a man who aint shyt will tell you directly or indirectly that he aint shyt.
Once you have these facts at your disposal, it's up to you to hold yourself to a higher standard and not tolerate someone's disrespect.
It doesn't matter how much chemistry you have, you can't change a person's nature.
When a relationship fails, both parties need to take inventory and determine what role they played in that failure.
Not to beat up on yourself, but as a learning tool for recognizing negative self behaviors or learning what not to do next time.
So women who waste many years with a bum, need to look within and figure out why she allowed herself to accept poor treatment for so long.
Pointing the finger at the bum for "lost best years" means that woman hasn't learned anything from the experience.

Casual sex isn't "empowering" in itself but I get why some women have tried to frame it that way .

Casual sex in and of itself isn't empowering but the point is women taking ownership of their sexuality is the empowering part.
So that if a woman should make an informed choice to have casual sex, that would be a by-product of her empowerment.
So many people, men and women, get that part of it fukked up, though
