Why is Eazy-Duz-It so underrated?

I personally always liked Eazy Duz It over Straight Outta Compton. But maybe it’s because it didn’t songs like the title track, fukk the Police, and Gangsta Gangsta. The impact and shock of those songs was immense.

Also a lot of West Coast albums that came out before The Chronic are vastly underrated.

he was ok to compliment other dudes, but I didn't want to listen to a whole album of just him

i definitely bumped eazy's album more than i did nwa's at that time

Eazy did write his rap but his voice and style held it down and back then solo albums meant SOLO album with a posse cut at the end so I don’t see how you had that “it needs more features” mentality back then.

his voice was dope, but his style was kinda robotic. and a lot of what he had to say was kinda corny

and I didn't mean he needed more features on his solo. I meant he was better as a member of NWA. there's a lot of people that were dope as part of a group, but didn't really make it as solo artists
