is it just me or is generation X having a real tough coming to terms with aging?

you have these ol' :flabbynsick: still rocking fitteds and shyt that was hot 10 years ago. you have these mid-life crisis broads trying to dress all young & sexy, still clubbing with kids at home. both men & women buying all these miracle facial creams and injecting botox into their face to erase any unwanted lines. I feel like the whole milf/cougar movement started in earnest with gen x'ers. gen x also fully embraces social networking and are up on all the latest tech be it the new iphones/tablets or videogame consoles

I feel like the baby boomers settled into old age rather gracefully. gen x they just can't accept the fact theyre getting old

I agree, maybe that's why the younger generations are having a hard time finding better role models.

Out of curiosity, what do you consider Generation X to be?

:patrice:

Because I thought of Generation X as being people who were in their teens and 20s in the early 90s...which would put them in their mid-to-late 40s now.
Damn near 50.
That math fuzzy as fukk sir. Where you graduate from bruh??? Unless you were in you 20's in the 90's you still in your 30's breh not no mid to late 40's :russ: Hope you just exaggerating

If you were 20 years old in 1990, you are 44 years old now, breh.
And Generation X has a range of anywhere from being born in 1960 - 1980.
Since I was born in 1980, I kinda tend to think people a bit older than me comprised Generation X.
Basically, Pearl Jam, Guns & Roses...those guys were Generation X.

Damn this dude can't read I already explained that in my post. It was the teenagers part that had me like :dwillhuh: Which since we are close in age should know and that's why I was like mid 40's lol.

I was actually thinking about this last week. Being in your mid to late 20s places you in that buffer period between Gen X and Millennial.

Social media has completely re-shaped Gen X the most i think. It came and reconstructed that generation's norm the most. I was in high school and college when social media started, and exploded. It was a young people's thing, something my older cousins and friends didn't do.
