lmao if that’s the case

but they can be hard if you haven’t done them in a minute and have a certain build or just don’t work out regularly @ all

that being said w/ persistence they should become easier in a relatively short amount of time

I’m like you. I remember I couldn’t even do 1 regular push up until I started doing decline pushups on the stairs. I’d put my feet on the 2nd to last step and do push ups until it got too easy. Then once my strength was built I was able to do regular push ups on the floor with ease.

idk if you’re bullshytting but I’m skinny and the last few years I’d gotten real lazy and stopped working out completely...

somebody made a thread about needing to do 40 @ least to determine “good heart health”...got up and barely did 5 w/ my skinny ass...arms trembling and shyt smmfh...that was a few months ago...started doing them consistently every day...I can do 40 consecutive pushups on the nose now

...I was embarrassed af initially...especially since I used to be able to do them w/ ease...but as I said I had adopted a very sedentary lifestyle...I only shared the story cuz of how quickly I was able to get to a point where I could do them easily...the key for me was to do them every day...after a week I’d try to do 5-10 more...and even then I was taking it slow

How long did it take? And did you get any visual results from decline push ups?

I don’t remember how long it took I was like 19 lol. But yeah it helped develop my chest, triceps, and the front part of my shoulders. You can get a push up bar too, it helps.
