Its like filling up your gas tank with water

I cant go below like 150g and that 150g is packed with essentials. 40g of fiber, 30g from fruits and veggies, etc. For context 8 oz of OJ is like 27g. 1 serving f rice is like 30g. So shyt adds up fast. I'm doing hella cardio on this cut, I need my carbs

I heard Chris Jones saying he doesn't count his veggies tho.. I was thinking about always eating some type of potato (sweet/white) and maybe garlic bread, occasionally, with my poultry and veggies.

I did low carb for well over a year and after a while it got real easy

My trick was to smash a nice big bowl of oatmeal in the morning. 100 grams in that muafukka alone. Rest of the day was strict protein and fats, and a vegetable or two

Before u start thinking bruh how's a 100 g breakfast low carb, I was 6'7 235 lbs so my requirements were huge. I dropped 20 lbs over the year and didn't hit the gym

Man's got abbit too skinny tho

Low carb diets are very rarely the answer to whatever problem people seem to be having (simply not sustainable, your body is animalistic).
