Not all Ethiopians are light skin. I have know several who are much darker. Anyways best advice hang out where they are. Show your just a normal man. I used to frequent this resteraunt near my house in Alexandria. I used to chat up the female manager all the time. Just friendly conversation. She started to offer me free meals but I declined and paid. We ended up dating on and off for a while. Another of the waitresses there tried to hollar but I knew better. Plus the manager was better looking. Try to learn a few words of the language. Show genuine interest. I mean it's no different than any other woman really.

I was cool with a bunch of Ethi dudes in college so I was never intimidated by them and knowing some culture and Amharic breaks right through their shell. One of my ADOS college friends married one.

I will say they are a bit like Indian chicks though and she wants a dude with education and good paper to bring home to the fam for easier acceptance. Though there are increasingly more hood Ethi chick's in the DMV.

At the bolded: A lot of young brothers in the DMV think these type Ethiopian women are cool because they feel she's a sister who can relate to Black people.
