RG3 is gonna be a Brown.

I really Hue Jackson.. I like his system which is rooted in the Air Coryell offense.. My favorite offensive system of all time.. vertical passing game, lots of slants combined with a power running attack..

But I don’t understand this signing at all.. RG is a skinny dude who can’t take hits in cold ass Cleveland. This system requires the QB to hang in the pocket and make the throw. I mean all coaches throw their own flavor to the system but this clown RG3 is a terrible fit..

If a white boy did in three years what Kaepernick did for the 49ers he'd have a starting job until he was 39-years old. Tell me I'm wrong. Kaep went to the Super Bowl. Then he went to another NFC title game. His stats were perfectly acceptable. He made a ton of plays in big time playoff games vs. Green Bay, vs. the Falcons, even in the comeback against the Ravens.. he made plays against the Seahawks, one throw away from beating them in Seattle at their peak..

What the fukk has Brock Cacweidler ever done in this league that's even comparable? Why was Blaine Gabbert starting halfway into last season? What the fukk has he ever done?

Keep telling yourselves this shyt has nothing to do with race, fukking retards. :francis:
Well said especially with the stats and highlights of Kaep's success and comparing him to Osweiller.

Kaep did well in playoff games against Green Bay. Seattle was red hot 2 years ago and he almost won in Seattle in the NFC championship game. Back then it was super hard to go to Seattle and win.

Brock didn't even do near that much but beat New England during the regular season in overtime. With Denver's defense..an average QB would have done. But Brock of course gets the huge contract.

Why do you think these two are out in limbo still when free agency started weeks ago. Yet an unproven like brock was snatched up day 1
Shefter was saying this morning, chip Kelly really wants RGIII. If I'm kap, I'm trying to get the jets, a solid defense and running game where kap doesn't have to be a superstar every week.

If I'm RGIII, I'm also trying to get to the jets or broncos. The browns are a bad football team with a lot of holes playing in a tough division. RGIII and kap would get killed behind that browns line. It is weird that it's taking this long.

Kapernick was also on a team that had the best personnel in the league for a few years and a head coach who regularly turns mediocre qbs into good ones while he's there

They'res an article on Kaep and rg3 on a personnel guy who studied hours of tape on them and the conclusion is they are train wreck qbs right now

RG3 is gonna be a Brown. The Jets didn't even work him out... Didn't sound like they were that interested.

I think there's at least a 50/50 shot Kaep starts week 1 for the Niners. Gabbert isn't the answer there

This. I don't know why @feelosfer is always providing news on the Jets like he knows anything. Most of the time he's wrong.

The signing naturally carries low risk and high upside. RG3 is a former #2 pick and can still be a good quarterback. The Browns had a good line last year so RG3 will likely have time to hold the ball if that what he intends to do. Jackson moreover will tailor his system to RG3's talents. There's a lot more to like than dislike about this signing.

Hue Jackson was just gushing about Goff like a day ago..Id say there's basically no way the Browns don't take him unless someone offers a great deal for the pick. and if history teaches us anything, Hue doesn't mind betting on his guy at QB, even if it might mean overpaying.

They should draft Goff and sign RG3 for contingency in case Goff turns out a game manager.

I dont really do the whole 'game manager' nonsense, but if you've seen Goff play, hes way more of a Cutler than a safe-throw qb. he'll throw into triple coverages sometimes. I don't see him ever being a safe-% only QB. which is actually most likely ends up hurting him.

It's kind of wild that something hasn't been done yet on either one of their accords. With all the mediocre QB play in the NFL you would think someone would come scoop these cats up.

Just stop. You acting like Kaep was balling in a pass first offense with pro bowlers. He had. Brandon Lloyd one year. Out of the league. Randy Moss. Out of the league. Vernon Davis (about to be about to be out of the league). Boldin was good but still not a #1 receiver. All the while playing behind a poor pass blocking line on a team that ran the ball and dialed it back once they built a lead.

Kaep is a trainwreck? Complete trash. I wouldn't even call RG3 that. Man, it's tough as hell for black QB's out there.

Name this myriad of mediocre QB's Harbaugh turned into good ones. Luck?

:whew: PREACH!!

We're talking about a league that just gave 12 million guaranteed to Chase Daniels.... CHASE DANIELS I SAID....... but RG3 can't get strong look....... :mjpls:

The sad part is, if one of these Good Ol Boy OCs really wanted Kap or Bob, they would have started negotiating already
