I don't think Easy Mo Bee produced a single weak song for Biggie:

Gimmie the Loot
Machine Gun Funk
Warning
Ready To Die
The What
Friend of Mine
Running from the Police
Dead Wrong (Original Version)
House of Pain
Flava in Ya Ear Remix
Goin Back To Cali
I Love The Dough

If you put all these songs on a mixtape, it's a Classic Mixtape.

:wow:

nah.

truth be told, if biggie was alive when LAD was released, he would received a ton of backlash for that album.

basically that.

most of the time I see people saying LAD is biggie's best album, the people saying that are usually either casual listeners or people that didn't become serious rap fans until the late '90s or afterwards. same scenario with nas iww/illmatic, just like you said.

that's not fair, maybe some people think LAD is flat out better than RTD

Biggie was a better rapper on LAD imo

my fav track from both albums is Everyday Struggle though :myman: shyt like that cant be duplicated

Biggie was the most hyped up laZy dude in rap. dude was around/on the scene for 4, maybe 5 years and only left, whut, 2 albums worth of material! I reckon Diddy curses that fat, degenerate, bone idle dude eeeeeeeevery day.

He is rumored to be crazy for real. I don't think anyone blocking him. He scared away people acting out his mind.

When dudes say Big was lazy it lets me know they have no idea what he did. In 4 1/2 years:

Late 92-Early 97

30 Collaborations (2 Pac, Michael Jackson, Shaq, Total, 112, etc)
Ready To Die (Writer, Producer)
Conspiracy (Executive Producer, Producer, Writer, 4 Features)
Hard Core (Excutive Producer, Producer, Writer, 4 Features)
Life After Death/Double LP (Producer, Writer)
No Way Out (Executive Producer, Writer, 4 Features)

Biggie left over 7 albums worth of material when you include collaborations, freestyles and remixes. I never understand why people act like "Ready To Die" and "Life After Death" are the only thing Big made in his career and even then that's 3 LP's worth of material in 3 years. That's an album a year but he's lazy?, lol.

Premier, the DITC guys and Easy are the first guys i think of when i hear the term. his drums had a great snap to them
Trust me their some but I will agree boom bap music is not mainstream and its fine with me.
