Why is Skyscraper getting such a big push?

Just caught the latest trailer when I saw Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom earlier.

Alright look, can we just stop with showing like 85% of the damn movie during the trailers? This, and then the latest Mission: Impossible...how can you get hyped about seeing some shyt for the first time, when it's not your first time seeing it? Man them old ass b-movie trailers from the 60s and 70s showed you damn near Nothing from the actual film, just provided a tease of sorts that made you go if it was good enough. Today's instant gratification society is something else!

After Black Panther, Infinity War, and Incredibles 2 made like 11 figures After AM&TW I'm done. Aquaman gets the bootleg. Halloween I'll catch on T.V. next year.

I guess that would be breaking new ground. I just think he has to get away from the safe 2d characters he plays in action movies.

Rock needs a real director that can put together a real movie that just happens to be an action movie.

Arnold had James Cameron for Terminator T2 and True Lies. Bad Boys holds up because of its strong leads,

same with Die Hard. And for as charismatic as The Rock is he still doesn't have an action movie performance that jumps

off the screen IMO. Bobby from Central Intelligence is the closest but not a homerun.

Hold on here...the Rock was on fire in San Andreas.. he was like too good for the script. Simple kind of payoff but at the end, it got pretty close

It aint the worst movie of the year, but its not setting any trends either. It does what it sets out to do and i wasnt bored, its a decent outing in the die hard clone saga (Dredd, sudden death, meltdown/high risk and underseige are my favorites)

Not a bad movie if you don't look too hard about all the impossible shyt that happens. Predictable but decent.
