Exclusive Gameplay Of Disney Infinity 3.0's Space Battles
![]()
While some Star Wars fans were bummed to learn that this year's Battlefront from DICE won't include space combat, Disney is making space flight and interstellar dogfights a key component of the Star Wars playsets in Disney Infinity 3.0. Players can leave planets behind and freely fly to other locations, encountering TIE Fighters and small planetoids along the way.
Watch the video below to see more gameplay footage of the space exploration in Disney Infinity 3.0.
So let me get this right.
The actual STAR WARS GAME wont have any space battles, but Disney Infinity 3.0 WILL?![]()
Its not really fair to compare content with Battlefront 2.
Being he first game in the gen its expected to be light on content.
Almost EVERY game to come out this gen had less content than its predecessor. It costs a lot of money to build new content from the ground up
Player count is a design choice.there is no excuse for the smaller player count tho
and its on frostbite 3 which was used for bf3 and bf4 and bfh. they aint building an engine from scratch
and bf4 is getting more free dlc (night maps, community map project, guns etc) and they already got DLC planned for battlefront which aint even out
shyt is a cash grab cuz of the movie point blank
and there is no game franchise out droppin sequels with less features![]()
You haven't named any to support your original claim.Player count is a design choice.
And name any next gen only sequel that has more content than its predecessor.
You haven't named any to support your original claim.
These guys are so disconnected with reality it isn't even funny. Star Wars fans definitely expect a single player campaign / story mode. Titanfall proved a strong multiplayer alone is not enough to sell a game.EA: Star Wars Battlefront Doesn’t Have Single Player Because People Don’t Play Single Player

FIFA has been around since, well, forever. Each and every year we see a new FIFA box on store shelves and it used to be that we’d be quite excited about it. However, these days it’s a little less exciting as the game’s updates have become a little more trivial than revolutionary. Many gamers have called for EA to just release the base game and then update it every year without pushing out a full-priced boxed product. It’s a move that would surely kick EA in the finances, but it would curry favour with the series’ massive fan base.
EA’s Peter Moore seems to think that it may be a possibility, too. In a recent interview with the guys at Gamespot, Peter Moore acknowledged that sports games have come under fire for being pushed out every year with menial updates, but he also thinks that in the future there may be a place for a yearly update, but for the time being “there is still a thirst for a great, brand-new boxed game.” Looks like we’ll be forking out for a new game every year for the forseeable future, then…
Star Wars Battlefront was also on the table during the chat. When asked why the game won’t ship with a full-on single-player experience, Peter Moore stated that “very few people actually play the single-player on these kinds of games” going on with “that’s what the data points too.”
Urm, we’re not so sure about that. We’re quite partial to a single-player campaign, even in Battlefield and Call of Duty, both of which rely heavily on their multiplayer components to draw players in and keep them there until the next game comes out.
What do you reckon? Would you prefer to see a yearly downloadable update for FIFA, and do you play the single-player campaigns in big-name shooters? Let us know down below.
Star Wars: Battlefront releases on November 17th for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC. If you reckon the force is still strong in this one then you can pre-order here.
Ima let you clowns bite the bullet on this.
multiplayer is enough for me but didn't like titanfallsThese guys are so disconnected with reality it isn't even funny. Star Wars fans definitely expect a single player campaign / story mode. Titanfall proved a strong multiplayer alone is not enough to sell a game.
