WHY IS TECH N9NE NOT RESPECTED?

The problem is that Tech N9ne is like MF Doom or Kool Keith in the sense that you either think he's the dopest rapper to ever pick up a mic or you think he's just downright unlistenable, and there's no real go between.

I totally understand why he isn't the average hip hop listener's cup of tea. He's very technical, extremely left field and probably too attached to his weirdness. I also think people are quick to dismiss him because of his image and fanbase, but even the biggest skeptics probably could find at least a couple songs out of his catalog that they'd enjoy.

I just wished he would have never embraced the juggalo fanbase like he has. I understand why he did, because they pretty much made him in the early days of his career, but I personally hate ICP, and I hate that I have to explain that I'm not a fukking juggalo when I tell people Tech N9ne is my favorite rapper.

He had some good features on this Yukmouth album... he comes in around :40 on this one.

I was into tech heavy between around 97 after i heard Questions on the Gang Related soundtrack. I haven't listened as much since Killer. He's made some great songs and has a lot of talent, i just haven't been able to get into a lot of his newer stuff, i don't know if its just repetitive to me because i listened to him a lot before. But he's definitely one of those love him or hate him artists it seems.
