Average arm strength and skinny build. He is very accurate and good at reading defenses, but his measurable are not what you typically want in a franchise quarterback.

Johnny Manziel is even smaller. And we dont know how good he is at reading defenses. he literally NEVER went to the sideline and looked at the prointouts or talked to his coaches on the phone when the defense was on the field.

yep

i said it before guys like bortles and carr are just like gabbert and locker guys that look like the prototype big qb with a big arm but can't pick up blitzes, will get picked off left and right etc.

brigewater is fine and is the best qb in this draft hands down

who really knows what his stock is? we just are going by these mock draft @ssholes, who clearly have no idea what a team is going to do on draft day. clowns like mel kiper, who didnt get ONE PICK right in last years draft, yet here he is front and center just like every other year, telling us what teams should do on draft day with zero repercussions for being completely wrong year in and year out. hes telling us what a players stock is. holds no weight. what a nice gig to have. be wrong all the time, yet be looked at as the leading expert in that field. if i set point spreads like he puts together mock drafts id be out of work in a month. these guys have no idea where teddy bridgewater is viewed, because they arent that great at evaluating talent. if they were, they would be in a front office somewhere, where their opinion would be truly valued

Mel's just here for the hair at this point.

I don't see how anybody who watches college football can take much of what he says seriously.

I bet the GMs who actually know what their doing see Mel on TV and give him the :camby:

:russ: Teddy ain't sliding and he's probably going #1. Stop listening to media hacks whose sole purpose is to pump out content (even when there is none) and drive up website hits. These clowns downplaying Teddy know there's nothing interesting about restating over and over how good he is for the next four months. Most of the guys saying we'll pass on Teddy for Johnny or whoever still have Teddy ranked above Johnny on their own big boards. How much sense does that make?

Look at this garbage. As breh above already stated, Teddy doesn't have an agent and those guys do play a role in hype. How else is Johnny getting slurped and slobbed for doing the same shyt everyone else is doing. I wonder why Mort didn't name those "many draft qbs"...

I hate when people say this stuff. Every person I've told to do this has failed miserably: rank the top 10 qbs in this draft only terms of arm strength and then compare your list to the official combine/pro day results. Everyone I've seen do this looks stupid. It's difficult to tell how hard a qb is throwing the ball on any given play. Dudes don't just throw the same speed every snap smh. And look how you neglected footwork from the equation.
