Why is the East so bad compared to the West in the NBA?

It's not about playing in the sun, but LIVING in it. Not having to deal with rain, or snow, or cold. Not having to fly in out of storms. Being able to go to the beach during the winter months, seeing women wearing less clothing for longer periods of time because it's warmer. All off these are reasons why Cali real estate is mad high yo, word is bond.
I thought we were talking about the west coast here? What does this have to with the West Coast teams outside of Cali? Does Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma, San Antonio, Dallas have the same reasons

It's all about exposure to SUNLIGHT.

Teams out east get less sunlight and play more of a slowdown, physical style.

Teams out west get plenty of sun and play more of an uptempo, fast break, free-style of ball.

Compare the music from both coasts and you'll understand.

90's G-Funk in the sun music, or grey skies project building Wu-Tang shyt.

yo i forgot teams play indoor too. Gotta put that good down

It was a WIDE OPEN three point shot off the catch... that shyt was the furthest thing from miracle as possible.

I don't mean a literal miracle. It was a very good play and cold-blooded but it had me jumping out my seat. You Just don't see first time playoff performers knock down a deep in-bound three like that, especially receiving a pass like that

The East held up pretty well last year IMO:

ATL/IND 7 games
TOR/BKN 7 games
Wiz embarassing the bulls

:yeshrug:

I think all around the playoffs were pretty good last year for both conferences.

I think the Suns could beat any of those teams in a series (ATL, TOR, AND WIZ) and they didn't even make the playoffs in the West last year.

The only team on on the fence on are the Wiz, really.I Wiz/Suns playoff match up could go either way

Nah you're right. No weather issues for them either, and all of teams are consistent playoff teams.

The first round was good.

The bold teams were trash last year

I don't know.

Do you know why I don't know?

Because it's not basketball season yet, so who don't know who is good or bad yet.
